Beekman Beach

If I'm not good enough for Heaven
And not bad enough for Hell
Then send me to Beekman Beach.
That's my home.
The seagulls know me
And I know them.
The waves mark time on the shore
and all the kids have fun.

After death, I will be a spirit.
How wonderful to be able to fly
up and over the waves,
alone or with the birds.
How pleasant to watch
passing of days.
Dominus Vobiscum

It is not what we think or philosophize that will determine what we will be after death. Many are afraid of death precisely because they don't know what will become of them. They hate to give an accounting of how they conducted themselves while still in flesh and blood. But it will never change the situation. It is better to really know and survive than pretend to know and later on perish. I am not moralizing, my friend, just pointing the way. "Jesus answered, I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except by me." (John 14:6) God bless you more and more. God loves you no matter what!

Yours in Christ,
